We have well developed procedures for engaging with all people who carry out work for the business and who are likely to be affected by a matter relating to workplace health or safety. Our procedures include sharing relevant information with people affected in a timely manner, providing them with a reasonable opportunity to express their views and to raise work health or safety issues in relation to the matter, allowing them to contribute to the decision-making process on the matter, considering their views and then advising them of the outcome in a timely manner.
