Employment Relationship Problems

Under the Employment Relations Act there are procedures for dealing with employment relationship problems, including personal grievances.

Such matters should initially be avoided wherever possible by early application of positive remedial measures. Where further action is required, the grievance should be dealt with promptly, thoroughly and as close to the source of the problem as possible; and in a manner that is procedurally fair.
