In accordance with the Vape Merchant induction presentation and process, managers are required to take the time to explain to the new employee:

• The history of the Company
• Our core business
• Our locations
• Basic housekeeping matters
• Administration of leave, pay and so on
• IT, including our intranet portal where all our policies and procedures are available (MyVM)
• The core functions within Vape Merchant and functional reporting lines
• The Company's leadership team and key functional managers.
