Health and Safety Policy
Introduction
We strive to meet the highest standards of safety and health because we genuinely care for our people. We are committed to engaging with all people working in the business to ensure we all take responsibility for providing a safe and healthy environment for everyone involved in our operations. Our Health and Safety Management System explains our policies, systems, activities and detailed responsibilities of managers and employees in all key areas of safety and health.
We will ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable:
- The safety and health of all our employees and all other persons who work in the business, including contractors and sub-contractors and their employees, (together defined as “workers”), and
- That the safety and health of other persons is not put at risk from work carried out by the business.
We know our Management System will not of itself protect our people - its the attitude and commitment of all people involved that will make the critical difference.
We are committed to developing lasting behavior change – to create a culture that is collectively mindful of safety and well-being.
